By integrating the site’s terrain, structure, and functions, this small building on the edge of the reservoir serves not only as an infrastructure management facility, but also as a public station for visitors to engage with the natural landscape. With its restrained volume and clear spatial organization, the building responds to the site while establishing a quiet yet powerful presence within the natural environment. Here, infrastructure is no longer merely an ancillary space serving operational systems, but is transformed into a place that supports public experience and educational display, marking an important step in the studio’s ongoing exploration of “public infrastructure.”
