Heritage Park is a multifunctional public space connecting Liangmao new village and the old one. With a 12-meter elevation difference between the new and old villages and a less obvious entrance, additional connecting pathways are needed to enhance the accessibility and circulation between Liangmao new and old Villages while considering convenient access to the mountain park.
The ground floor space utilizes landscape design to restore the architectural texture of the old village. A newly constructed two-story structure serves as a connecting corridor linking the old village, new village, and the natural trails of Liangmao Mountain. Beneath the sloping roof, red public furniture is arranged in circular, semi-circular, and rectangular shapes, creating a play space for children to climb, jump, traverse, and play hide-and-seek.
