The design aims to create a comprehensive building block combining holism and individuality by accommodating both the residential and R&D functions.

Based on the interpretation of reclamation areas in Shenzhen, we intend to create a new lifestyle on the area with blank urban memory: an asymmetric attitude towards life and an ecological three-dimensional system of residential and R&D office space.
