The chemistry between traditional Tunbao culture and modern space is intensified with elements of Ming Dynasty. Cultural integration, as well as adoption of local materials are two important design concepts of this project.

Tunbao Hotel is built along the mountain hence with distinctive elevation difference on the plot. It consists of five types of villas and one clubhouse and service center. Cultural integration: by extracting the essence of the Tunbao culture, adding elements of furniture and decoration of Ming Dynasty, the traditional Tunbao culture is carried on in modern leisure activities and culture. Adoption of local materials: the abundant stone and wood raw materials are well used and processed to construct the basic interior space.
